As CFO, Mr. Barakzai leads the institution's financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance while ensuring the highest standards of financial transparency, accountability, and internal control. He works closely with the executive leadership and the Board to strengthen financial sustainability, support strategic decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency across the institution. Mr. Barakzai holds a Master of Commerce in Advanced Accounting and Taxation and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance). With expertise in financial planning, auditing, risk management, ERP systems, and donor compliance, he is dedicated to supporting Lamen Microfinance Institution's mission of delivering sustainable, ethical, and Sharia-compliant financial services that foster financial inclusion and long-term economic growth.
