LAMEN and ACGF explore opportunities for cooperation

On 7 October 2026, LAMEN’s Omid Habibi met representatives of ACGF to discuss possible cooperation and a longer-term partnership.

The discussion covered access to financial services for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, credit guarantees, technical assistance and Shariah-compliant finance. Supporting Afghanistan’s private sector was a shared focus.

Both sides expressed interest in continued coordination. LAMEN welcomed the meeting and the opportunity to develop further discussions about future cooperation.
